Dr. Bahram Adeli was awarded the Fellowship of the Royal Australian College of General Practitioners (FRACGP) in 2014. He commenced his medical career in Australia as a Medical Officer in the Emergency Department at Redlands Hospital in 2010. He subsequently served for over two years as a General Practitioner (GP) in Central Queensland while also contributing his expertise to the Emergency Department at Rockhampton Hospital.

Since 2016, Dr. Adeli has held the dual role of GP and Director at Gympie Road Medical Centre. In addition, he has practiced as a GP at Pine Rivers Private Hospital since 2015.

Dr. Adeli received his primary medical qualification in Iran in 2004 and completed a Master of Health Service Management at Griffith University in 2009. He has been a Senior Lecturer at the University of Queensland since 2017, actively involved in GP registrar training and medical student education.

With a strong commitment to advancing the field of General Practice, Dr. Adeli has developed a particular interest in Geriatric Medicine and Nursing Home Care. His ongoing research and clinical focus in these areas are supported by a "Professional Diploma in Medicine for the Older Person" from the Royal College of Physicians of Ireland. He has also completed the "Program of Experience in the Palliative Approach" (2018) and the "GP with Special Interest (GPwSI) Program" in Geriatric Medicine (2019). Further contributing to quality assurance in healthcare, he serves as a GP Surveyor for the Australian General Practice Accreditation Limited (AGPAL).

In addition to his work in geriatrics, Dr. Adeli maintains a strong interest in Mental Health, Occupational Health, and Chronic Disease Management. He holds an Advanced Certificate in Chronic Disease Management, as well as a certificate in Pre-Employment Medicine and Occupational Health from Monash University. His qualifications are further enhanced by formal training in Focused Psychological Strategies.
