Dr Bahram Adeli

FRACGP, MD, M.Sc

Dr Bahram Adeli has been working as a General Practitioner in Australia since 2012. He started his work as a medical officer in Redlands  hospital emergency department in 2010. After that , he work over two years in central Queensland as a GP and at the same time as emergency doctor  in Rockhampton Hospital.

Dr Adeli gained his medical qualification in 2004 from Iran. He became a Fellow of Royal Australian College of General Practice (FRACGP) in 2014. He is passionate about quality General Practice and enjoys all aspects of General Practice but has particular interests in Occupational health ,mental health, paediatrics, chronic disease management and  elderly health(geriatric , nursing home care).

Dr Adeli holds the certificate in pre-employment medicine and occupational health through Monash university. He has had training in focused psychological strategies .

​

Dr Adeli participated in “program of experience in  Palliative care” in 2018 and in “GP with special interest (GPwSI) program focused on older people health “(Geriatric medicine) in 2019.

​

Dr Adeli is also involved  in GP registrar training and as a senior lecturer of University of Queensland assisting with  medical student education.
