Bulk Billing is available Monday to Sunday for Pension Card Holders, Health Care Cards and Children under the age of 16 on a current Medicare card, however Telehealth appointments will not be Bulk Billed on the weekends. DVA Gold and White card (Eligible Conditions) holders are billed directly to Department of Veteran Affairs on the weekends. Please note that a surcharge is applied to card payments.

Please note, if you are unable to attend your appointment for any reason, we require 24 hours' notice in advance for Specialist & Allied Health and 2 hours notice for your GP appointment. Failure to attend without notice incurs a $50 non-rebateable fee that will need to be paid prior to your next booking.
