Dr. Dythea McLaren grew up in South Africa and has a background in sleep science prior to completing her medical degree at Griffith University. She has gained experience working across Queensland and New South Wales and is committed to providing high-quality patient care.

Her clinical interests include all areas of general practice, with a particular focus on women’s and children’s health. She has a strong belief in holistic and preventative health care, supporting patients through every stage of life.

Outside of medicine, Dr. Dythea values family time with her husband and three children. She also enjoys keeping active through gym training and outdoor activities, and pursues creative interests such as silversmithing.

She is fluent in both English and Afrikaans.
