Hellene is an Accredited Exercise Physiologist and a qualified Dietitian/Nutritionist, graduating from Queensland University of Technology in 2005. With over 19 years of experience in the health and wellbeing industry, she brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to her practice.

Currently, Hellene balances consulting at Gympie Road Medical Centre with teaching at the Australian Catholic University. In addition, she contracts with several organisations to deliver workshops and presentations focused on health and wellbeing.

Her extensive background encompasses a wide range of interests, particularly in the areas of exercise and lifestyle strategies for the prevention, treatment, and management of chronic health conditions. Her areas of expertise include lipoedema, pelvic floor health, injury-safe exercise, and myofascial stretch therapy.
