Rosemary is a consultant pharmacist responsible for Medication Management Reviews in both the Aged Care and Community Setting. Rosemary graduated from the University of QLD in 2000 and started working in Community and Hospital pharmacy in both Australia and the UK. In 2005 she returned to study to gain her accreditation as a Consultant Pharmacist. Since successfully obtaining her accreditation, Rosemary has been performing Medication Management Reviews, whilst specialising in geriatric pharmacy and gaining experience in management positions.

Rosemary is passionate about empowering patients and carers with knowledge about their medicines to improve compliance and ensure the quality use of medications.  She believes that successful collaboration between GPs, Allied Health team members and patients will have significant benefits for both disease and medication management and ultimately achieve the best possible outcome for the patient.
