Rosemary is an accredited Consultant Pharmacist with a focus on Medication Management Reviews across both aged care and community settings. She graduated from the University of Queensland in 2000 and has since gained extensive experience working in both community and hospital pharmacy environments in Australia and the United Kingdom.

In 2005, Rosemary returned to study and successfully obtained her accreditation as a Consultant Pharmacist. Since then, she has dedicated her practice to conducting comprehensive Medication Management Reviews, with a particular emphasis on geriatric pharmacy. Over the years, she has also held various management roles, further broadening her expertise.

Rosemary is deeply committed to empowering patients and carers through education about their medications, promoting adherence, and ensuring the safe and effective use of medicines. She strongly advocates for collaborative care involving general practitioners, allied health professionals, and patients, believing that a multidisciplinary approach is essential for optimal disease and medication management.
