Lisa grew up in Brisbane in a Mandarin speaking family and graduated from the University of Queensland with a Bachelor of Science and a MBBS in 2017. She has spent most of her hospital resident years at the Royal Brisbane and Women’s Hospital working in a wide range of specialties such as Infectious Diseases, Neurosurgery, Gastroenterology and the Alcohol and Drug Service.
She has also worked at the Queensland Children’s Hospital and in the regional hospitals of Cherbourg, Roma and Mitchell.
Lisa is interested in all areas of general practice and is a strong advocate for preventative medicine and health literacy. In particular she has a special interest in chronic disease management and mental health. In her spare time she enjoys spending time with family and friends and reading a good book.
